Domestic Shipping (USA): Free shipping on all orders over $5,000. Orders under $5,000 have a flat rate of $50. All domestic shipments are sent via FedEx Overnight with signature confirmation required.

International Shipping: International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority with full tracking and insurance.

Custom Builds: Custom watch builds ship within 2-8 weeks depending on complexity. You will receive regular updates throughout the build process.

We offer a 7-day return policy on all authenticated luxury watches. The watch must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn, with all original packaging and documentation.

Return Process:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return
2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
3. Package the watch securely in original packaging
4. Ship the watch back using the provided label
5. Refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the return

Custom Builds: Due to the bespoke nature of custom watch builds, all custom orders are final and non-refundable. The initial consultation is free, and custom pieces start at $1,000.
